Whole30 + Paleo + Gluten-Free Crispy Buffalo Wings
These Buffalo Wings are gluten-free, Whole30 and paleo. They're crispy, delicious, and the perfect dish for any party.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup melted ghee
- 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp whole30 compliant sauce, I used buffalo and bbq sauce from Primal Kitchen
Whole30 Ranch Sauce
- 1/2 cup whole 30 mayo
- 3 Tbsp coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 3/4 tsp fresh lemon juice or lime
- Salt to tast
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Pat try wings
- Mix wings with 2 tbsp arrowroot starch, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder,1/4 tsp salt.
- Line baking sheet with foil then place a wire rack over it
- Line coated wings on wire rack
- Bake wings for 35 minutes
- While wings are baking prepare the wing sauce and ranch dip.
