Whole30 Crispy Buffalo Wings

Whole30 + Paleo + Gluten-Free Crispy Buffalo Wings
These Buffalo Wings are gluten-free, Whole30 and paleo. They're crispy,  delicious,  and the perfect dish for any party.

This recipe includes a ranch sauce.
Ingredients
 
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot  starch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup melted ghee
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp whole30 compliant sauce, I used buffalo and bbq sauce from Primal Kitchen
  
Whole30 Ranch Sauce
  • 1/2 cup whole 30 mayo
  • 3 Tbsp coconut cream  
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 3/4 tsp fresh lemon juice or lime
  • Salt to tast 
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Pat try wings
  • Mix wings with 2 tbsp arrowroot starch, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder,1/4 tsp salt.
  • Line baking sheet with foil then place a wire rack over it
  • Line coated wings on wire rack
  • Bake wings for 35 minutes
  • While wings are baking prepare the wing sauce and ranch dip.
