What is a sound bath
A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” by sound vibrations. A sound practitioner uses healing instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, percussion, and other instruments to guide participants into a relaxing meditative state.
By sending healing sound vibrations through the body, you recalibrate your entire nervous system, which helps calm and align the mind, body, and spirit, and raises your vibrational frequency.
During the sound bath, you’ll settle into Savasana, a yoga posture where you lie on your back and completely relax. You are then immersed in sound's healing vibrations. There is no water involved, only sound.
The practice of healing bodies and raising your vibrational frequency through sound is thousands of years old, with deep roots in cultures across the world.
