I can’t thank Whole30 Coach Betsy enough for believing in me, but most importantly for her never ending support, her cheering me on, her knowledge and her amazing energy.

I learned about Whole30 about a year ago. This year I decided to give it a shot for myself after reading testimonials and seeing pictures on Social media of people that completed the program.

Because I know myself well, I knew that I couldn’t do this alone. I needed to find somebody that would guide me, be by my side, help me stay accountable, answer questions, and push me along the way. I did some more research on the Whole30 site and came across certified Whole30 coaches. I looked for a coach in my area and after reading some of the coaches bios I came across Betsy Karr. Within a few days of contacting her, Betsy got in contact with me over the phone, we talked for a while and after answering some questions she immediately offered to help me through this journey. We set a start date, and a few days before my start, Betsy was right there cheering me on making sure I had everything that I needed for a successful start. As my journey started she never left my side. She contacted me daily twice a day, she was my virtual cheerleader via text and we connected at least once a week by phone to see how I was doing and to answer any questions and basically let me know what to expect the following week.

Thirty days later, the journey that I enthusiastically started ended. Thirty days went by so fast,  all I can say, they were the best 30 days of my life. The program did wonders for me. I had a number of NSV’s (non scale victories) such as: glowing skin, no joint pain, no cravings, restful night sleep, happy and upbeat, tons of energy, no bloating, no headaches no hunger through the day, inches lost all around my body and a total of 8 1/2 lbs lost. I can’t thank Betsy enough for believing in me, but most importantly for her never ending support, her cheering me on, her knowledge and her amazing energy.

Betsy truly is an amazing, knowledgeable, patient and caring person. If you’re considering doing the Whole30 program, I highly suggest you don’t give it a second thought. I wish you all the best and if you’re considering in looking for a coach look for Betsy Karr. I’ll end this with saying Whole30 is NOT hard giving labor and loosing a loved one is hard drinking your coffee dark is NOT hard, you can do this, you got this!
