January Whole30 with Coach Betsy

Five star coaching all around!

Whole30 Coach Betsy was literally the most attentive coach and so enthusiastic throughout the whole process. It was another great round of Whole 30 and I loved being in a Facebook group this time around to get inspired with meal recipes and to stay accountable. This is not just another Facebook group where the coach throws you in with no direction.

Whole30 Coach Betsy was very active in the group and answered all our questions and posted all her meals for inspo and even did a live every Sunday with a cooking prep for the week. I loved loved loved this group and would highly recommend it to anyone trying Whole 30 for the first, second or 20th time. It’s nice to be surrounded by a virtual team going through your same struggles and victories 💪🏽
